About Hypnobabies

Hypnobabies is a complete prenatal education course combined with a unique childbirth Hypnosis program based off of Gerald Kein's Painless Childbirth technique.  

Through Hypnobabies, mothers learn to create hypno-anesthesia and eyes-open hypnosis for a comfortable birth.

Hypno-Moms have:

  • more energy throughout pregnancy and birth.

  • more enjoyable pregnancies.  Hypnosis can eliminate nausea and joint pain, as well as turn breech and posterior babies.

  • fewer interventions. Hypnosis can also lower heart rate, blood pressure, and temperature.

  • shorter labors.  More relaxation=less tension. Less tension means a quicker birthing time!

  • a peaceful and relaxing birthing environment.  Hypnobabies teaches fear-clearing, peace cues, and fully equips the birth partner to support the mother.

Welcome! My name is Amy Ellis.  I am a doula and a Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor located in Logan, Utah.  I had two amazing natural births with Hypnobabies.  Now, I am dedicated to teaching women in Cache Valley to birth with complete comfort and confidence.
